ALL ABOUT STORAGE BEDS

I was busy house hunting in Nairobi for the better part of January and early February, and anyone who has lived in middle lower class Nairobi knows that this is a really hectic activity. you will mostly find a flaw in whichever house you get, the major flaw however will be space , especially if you have hoarding tendencies like I do.
I speak for hoarders when I say that if you see something that looks cute you buy it and will figure out what to do with it maybe years later or will just realize that it was a waste of your hard earned money. It is a serious issue guys. we need to start a "hoarders anonymous", yes? haha definitely.

Anyway that brings me back to the issue at hand...space!!!!!. If you rent a bedsitter, studio apartment or a one bedroom you will definitely have space problems and your things may end up feeling crumped in your house. I talked about it in my bed sitter post, I will not stop talking about the space issue for a while because I resonate with it deeply and I just like coming up with ideas on how to fit stuff into small spaces, one day though I will definitely get that bag and move into a more spacious living space.

In my endeavors to deal with the space on issue in our small living spaces I came about the storage beds, yes, that is something that exists and not made up. Storage beds are an amazing invention since the existence of bedsitters and studio apartments. you get to have your bed and storage space all in one. It saves up on a lot space in your room and makes it easier to store your things.
You can put stuff that you dot use daily in here if they don't fit in your wardrobe like
  • extra bedding
  • extra towels
  • jackets
  • suitcases and bags
Theses are stuff that you don't use daily thus it will save you on a lot of space and trouble of looking on where to store the stuff. You can get a really good carpenter to make you one of these beds so that you can give him specifications according to what you prefer. The storage beds do come in a variety of designs, I will put the pictures down so you can refer and you can also check out many more desings in pinterest on my boards.
My pinterest name is Janice Lyayuka.

Till next time
